The attached picture is of the 1946 class at the one room school north of the Kaw River at Lawrence, Kansas. I don't know the name of it but it is at a road junction with US 40 where three large "teepees" stand or stood. The last time I was there, the school was still standing and was a museum. I am Bobby Day. I am the little boy in the back row next to the teacher.
